Shift Shop Review

Main Conecpt:

Workout with Shift Shop comes with a concept that is “Active Agility Training’’. The Shift Shop Agility Markers help you improve reflexes, coordination, speed, and endurance”. Shift Shop is a unique workout program that allows you to build upon your previous week’s results for a three week period.

Workout Plan:

You’ll be working out 6 days a week and resting one day. This program is really meant for those people that really want to get results fast, improve their cardio, and get in the best possible shape of their lives in just three weeks.

Active Agility Training

Workout sequence:

The lengths of the workouts in Shift Shop were designed to allow anyone to get started easily, and then end the workout program in the best shape of your life. The workouts start at 25 minutes, and by the end of the final week, your workouts are 45 minutes in length. Once you have completed a round of Shift Shop, you will be ready to load up Beach body on Demand, and take on any program you desire and continue on your new health and fitness journey.

Equipment:

The equipment needed for this workout are the 4 agility markers, a set of light and medium weights, and it does come with a sandbag which we haven’t used yet. You don’t need a ton of space to do this work out so don’t be discouraged if you see some of our videos. We did clear the space because we wanted to do the workout together which required us to clear out some of our previous equipment.

The first 2 workouts are 25 minutes long. The entire first week is 25 minute workouts with the exception of 2 days where you add in the core. You get a rest day or stretch day on the 7th day.

Diet Plan:

Years of research shows a connection between an effective program and long-term success. It’s a win for dieters if they want to change their lifestyle while using Shift Shop because Beach body decided to take a different approach with the Shift Shop workout program, allowing people to ease into a healthier lifestyle.

During the first week, you will decrease starchy carbs, and then increase your proteins and veggies as the week’s progress. The meals are incredible, and the results are even better.

Keep it basic because if you want RAPID results in 3 weeks like the program delivers then you are going to have to be serious about your nutrition. It’s been proved by researches that 80% of your results come from the foods that you eat. You cannot out exercise a bad diet so, Lots of water, no alcohol or sweeteners for the next 3 weeks completely possible and seriously you can do anything for 3 weeks if you put your mind to it.

Results:

No matter what shape you are in, Shift Shop results will blow you away.
